Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leland--Man-Motor 215FC1681BB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lilliput product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the MC630AAC10017V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2102IBCV001 manufactured by Lenz and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1201 by Manufacturer Lilliput as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leroy-Somer Brand LS132MD26845H110001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenze such as 408365 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E1100GPXC01501864 made by Linmot as well as the popular XP40 original spares produced by Lsis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CK59H10000ZCU415RL2 by Lika and 408365 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E1100COXC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linmot.
